The restaurant is also open for breakfast — in which case the Calvados Spiked Apple Stuffed Brioche French Toast is an obligatory splurge — and lunch, which offers unique twists on classics such as the popular adult grilled cheese.

The décor in the restaurant has a hipper vibe than the rest of the hotel. Bright purple walls are decorated with palm trees that look like photographs. Green accents can be seen in the banquette benches and bar chairs. However, the beautiful Moroccan chandeliers tie the design in with the theme of the hotel.

Hidden away on the backside of the property is the Moroccan-inspired Spa at the Colony Palms Hotel. Various massage techniques along with facial and relaxation treatments are offered in four serene treatment rooms. The most popular selection here is the custom massage because it can be tailored to the guest's personal needs. A gym is also tucked in at the back of the spa for those looking to stay active while residing at the hotel.
