His designs are characterized by a carefree sensuality that harkens back to the late '70s and early '80s. The 30-year-old designer brings a light touch to his designs, which can incorporate up to three different prints in one look without looking garish. For Summer 2011, he uses print blocking, zigzags, metallic appliqués and classic cuts to celebrate the body. The results are vibrant and sophisticated looks that are destined to become staples poolside or at the beach. We caught up with Zink upon his return from Miami Swim Week to learn more about the handsome swimwear designer. |
